Edna has worked in the personal injury space for 16+ years. Having worked in a range of firms, she finds that working in a boutique law firm ensures a more personal experience for our clients. Edna has Bosnian heritage and migrated to Australia in the early 90s with her family. She is especially passionate about helping people who are disadvantaged by their limited English skills, and finds it highly rewarding assisting injured claimants in achieving a great result. In her personal time, she is a busy mum to a beautiful girl and has 3 very active dogs! Edna enjoys getting out for a walk and watching true crime documentary.
Janet

Janet graduated from Southern Cross University in 1995 with an Associate Degree in Law (Paralegal Studies) and commenced her career in Sydney, specialising in catastrophic motor vehicle accident claims. 10 years later, Janet moved to Ipswich to be closer to family. She loves the Ipswich community and people. Janet has worked as a plaintiff personal injury paralegal for 25 years and is dedicated to helping clients get through the claim process. Outside of work, Janet is passionate about animals and volunteers at the local pound. She has a love for classic muscle cars and enjoys travelling to experience different cultures.
Ji Ke
Paralegal
Ji Ke brings her multi-disciplinary skill set to Reclaim. She completed her Bachelor in English Literature in China, Master in Hotel and Tourism Management in France, and PhD in Applied Linguistics in Australia. Ji Ke has worked in a range of industries in different countries and has an in-depth understanding and insight of cultural differences and tolerance. She dedicates her positive and empathetic nature to supporting clients during the claim process. In her spare time, Ji Ke enjoys travelling, doing crafts, painting, and has a particular appreciation for French impressionist paintings.
